Booth reservations and the location of the booth is based on a first- come, first-serve, basis. Exhibit Space Confirmations will not be processed without full payment. Your booth space can be selected from the floor plan.
Exhibitor Booth Registration
$1,800
LIMITED TO 20 EXHIBITORS
Additional Registrations are:
$650 per Booth Associate Includes Networking Events
$350 for Booth Assistance Only, No networking Events.
Packages Includes:
* One Complimentary Registration to the Conference & all social events
* 10’X10’ Draped Booth
* 6 foot skirted table
* Two-standard chairs
* Wastebasket and a 7” X 44” one-line identification sign.
Exhibit Booth Hours (subject to change)
Monday – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Set Up Exhibit
Tuesday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Thursday - 7:00 am - 10:20 am – Exhibit Tear Down
Daily continental breakfast and refreshment breaks will be hosted in the Exhibit hall to ensure all Exhibitors are able to showcase their products and services as well as to network with attendees.
